Greetings everyone,

Here we are, my last letter of this academic year. Last week, our campus turned into a moving and packing facility. Students packed, cleaned their rooms, and, those who are planning to return, checked their belongings into our storage to be picked up in late August upon their return.

We celebrated the year with our EF Academy Student Profile awards, the information on the proud recipients can be found below. We also had our final assembly for this academic year, prepared by Mr. Yaffe and our students: it was, as always, a fun experience.

We bid goodbye to our Class of 2024 just over a week ago. Graduation is always a bittersweet ceremony: on the one hand, we are so proud of our graduates and letting them fly high to their next adventure in life. On the other hand, it is so sad to see them go since we all became one big family and lived through so much together.

Here is my short message to our graduating class.

As per tradition, students of the graduating class select one of their own to represent the class and speak on their behalf, as well as select one of the faculty to address them. This year, Mr. Yaffe was selected as the Faculty Speaker and our senior Pedro, from Brazil 🇧🇷 was overwhelmingly selected as the Class Speaker.

You can read his speech: here.

Special congratulations to graduates who were awarded our EF Academy Profile of a Graduate awards in the categories of Leader, Learner, Scholar, and Global Citizen.

For those of us in education, Graduation is the most significant event of the year. It is a true celebration of our work and life together–for some, this was just a short year. For others, as many as five years. We are sending our young ones to continue their journey in education and life around the world. Here is the list of where our graduates are planning to continue their education. Once again we are proud to report that almost everyone from the Class of 2024 ended up getting accepted to a university of their first or second choice.

Once again, my sincere congratulations to our graduates and their families. I want to take this opportunity to thank all of the parents of our graduates and our current students for your trust in us as a school of your choice. Every minute of every day, all of us work hard to earn and maintain your trust while educating and caring for your children.

With that, I wish you all a restful and enjoyable summer, filled with your favorite activities and experiences. Enjoy your families, friends, and time together. I am already looking forward to seeing all our returning students here on campus in a few months.

Be well,

Dr. Vladimir D. Kuskovski
